Here at Barney's Bakeshop, we are committed to providing the very best customer care, service and goods possible. We want every customer to be a repeat customer and therefore it is our mission to provide the very best service, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible using the email below and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note this can take 24/48hrs depending on how busy we are.

Privacy & Safety

Barney's Bakeshop takes your privacy and security extremely seriously. Only after purchasing from us or contacting us will we have your details and these will only be used to get in touch, provide an update on your order or send out promotional information from time to time. We do not share any information with any third parties and all online payments are processed using a secure server through Shopify.

 

Refunds/Shipping Policy

Barney’s Bakeshop’s bakes are handmade to order & quality checked before despatch.

If you request to cancel your order, you may do so as long as you have not yet received a despatch/collection email for your order, as this means you order has been fulfilled & is on its way to you or is ready for collection.

All orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. You will receive notifications on the journey of your order & the option to redirect your parcel. Please contact us if you have not been sent any tracking information & we will send you the tracking number. Note, it is the customer’s own responsibility to arrange redirection or enter a safe place to leave their parcel. We do not take any responsibility for parcels that go missing that have been left in a safe place. We will not be responsible if your parcel arrives & no one is at the property to accept it. We are not responsible for any damaged items during transit, or any damage due to warm weather, this is out of our control & at the customer's risk & no refunds or replacements will be given in these instances. In the very rare event your parcel goes missing, we will reimburse in the way of an E-Gift Card. Once your order is in transit it is out of our control. Please note, Royal Mail aim to deliver Royal Mail Tracked 24 items the next working day - however, these timescales aren’t guaranteed & we will not be responsible for late delivery. Allergens 

All bakes are made and packaged in a kitchen where dairy, eggs, soya, tree nuts, peanuts, gluten/cereals and other allergens are present. We cannot guarantee a total absence of these allergens.
