Shipping policy
We do not accept any responsibility for orders that arrive later than expected or are lost in transit. Once your order is in transit it is out of our control. We will not be responsible if your parcel arrives & no one is at the property to accept it & no refunds or replacements will be given in this instance. We are not responsible for any damaged items during transit, or any damage due to warm weather, this is out of our control & at the customer's risk.
